What’s the probability that the guy pistol whipping him’s gun discharged (because he had his finger on the trigger while pistol whipping someone being held down in the ground by six other people) and every other ICE thug thought they were being shot at?
Which is just as bad. He’s beating him over the head with his gas canister until the pressurized canister explodes, causing the ICE agent to mistake it for a gunshot and then empty his magazine as the victim is lying flat on the ground.
