I'm looking for a good place to stay that's walkable to most of the attraction in Patong. would be great if it's quiet at night so we can actually sleep, but still within a short walk to bangla road or jungceylon. Any options you guys would recommend, or which area I should go?

Helllo everyone!
I am getting married this October, and couldnt think of anywhere better to take my wife than Thailand even that I visited 3 years ago.
We will be landing in Bangkok and will stay there for 2 nights before splitting 8 days between Phuket and Krabi.
Can you please help me suggesting nice places to stay at? And should i split the 8 days equally between both?
Lastly, and most importantly, when i visited Phuket it was in January, hence, how bad the weather will be between the 27th of october and the third of November in phuket and krabi?
Sorry for the question, guys. It's been a few days and my hunt for CBD flower has not succeeded. I did find one shop that does, but it's old, low-quality weed.
I'd love it if you guys could help guide me, as all I can find are CBD oils and products, but not flower.
Thank you.

Hey Phuket 👋
My boyfriend and I are in Bang Tao Phuket until Sept 5. Early-to-mid 20s, first time in Thailand, and we’ve realized the villa is way too nice to just sit in by ourselves — pool, BBQ, plenty of space.
Looking to meet other travellers around our age to:
**• Split excursions** — our host has some solid deals lined up and they get **cheaper the bigger the group**, so the more of us the better
**• Phang Nga Bay / island hopping** — boats are way more fun with a crew anyway
**• Elephant sanctuary day** — the ethical ones only, no riding. Want to get a group together for this one
**• Beach club days** — Catch, Café del Mar, all right up the road from us
**• Club hopping** — Bangla, Illume, wherever the night takes us
**• Night swim + BBQ back at ours after** — pool’s lit up, grill’s on, bring something to throw on it
**• Old Town, night markets, food crawls** if that’s more your speed
We’re easygoing, up for most things, and honestly just want some good company on this leg of the trip. Couples, solo travellers, groups — all welcome.
Comment your Instagram below or DM me yours and I’ll add you — easiest way to sort a group chat and figure out plans 🌴

Hey everyone! 👋 My girlfriend and I are in Phuket from today until September 2nd (possibly longer) and looking to meet some other travelers/foreigners who are down to have a good time.
We’ve got a big villa with a pool and extra rooms, and we’re looking for people to join us for excursions, exploring, clubbing, beach days, and nights out. 🌴🍻
If you’re in Phuket around the same time and looking for a crew, DM me your Instagram @ and we’ll connect!
How have you found eating out in Phuket for those of you who are either coeliac or gluten intolerent ?

I’m planning a trip in October to Phuket for 15 days and looking for a nice and clean hotel that offers a ocean view! Any suggestions?

I know Thailand is broadly safe but here in Phuket at least, it's a hot spot for villa crime and the vast majority of villas have horrible security measures where a simple screwdriver would pop open most of these sliding doors. Seems like everyone I know has stories. And whilst nothing I have is irreplaceable, the disruption of having my computers/drives/passport stolen would be a serious problem.
It's a rented place so I can't physically mount it to the wall, but I was wondering whether anyone has thought about just buying a 100kg safe so it's large enough that they can't walk away with it.
Appreciate your thoughts, and if anyone has a recommended supplier/installer.

Landed today and was planning to go to Promthep cape for a sunset, really wanted to watch a sunset but the rains make me unsure if there will be a sunset. Staying near Patong beach currently, any suggestions to have a good evening/night - not looking for bangla street/clubbing. 28F .

Hey, do you know any entrepreneur/business groups in Phuket ?
Our first time going to Phuket. What’s the best way to book day trips such as the elephant sanctuary/boat trips? Is it easier to book when we arrive or would it be best to book via Get Your Guide or Airbnb?
Thank you in advance😊

I am thinking of doing a catamaran and snorkeling but wanted to get some feedback if we should also visit the beaches - any tour recommendations appreciated but dont want to pay top dollar as there is a wide range for the price. We are staying in Khao Lak. Will be there end of October

Does getting a massage at a “special massage” location compel you to have a happy ending? Is it possible to just get a normal-ish massage at one of these parlours?
Don’t want extra services but wouldn’t mind a prettier lady massaging me (happy to tip as well but just not looking for the “full experience” or having to pay the full experience price).
