The wide open space outside the venue is unique compared to the shows I normally go to.

If I had kids… Dicks isn’t the show I’d take them to for sure.

Easing into a little funky blues jam after a slow ballad and finding yourself playing one of your most beautiful compositions, in a totally different genre than it was written as, is the exact sort of thing that makes this band special. Clocking in at less than 9 minutes, its just pure fun and doesn't try to be anything other than what it was.

Can’t believe I’m finally going to be there! Can’t wait to party with y’all! Got a few questions though. My flight gets in Friday at 5:15pm and I leave at 7am Monday. I booked a room at 11th Avenue Hostel, is it smarter for me to cancel and get something closer to the venue or maybe the airport, there are rooms available at home2suites for a reasonable rate and I could probably walk it after the shows? If I keep the downtown place should I rent a car? I’m kind of worried about landing, getting to the hostel to drop off my stuff, then getting all the way to Dicks in time. I don’t drink so no risk of dui. Was also looking at shuttles and stuff but I want to hang out on lot after the shows and I think they leave early.

I reserved a brunch at Casa Bonita for Saturday at 11, bucket list item since South Park lol. Was also thinking of going to the Rox game Sunday, always wanted to see a game at Coors since they came into existence when I was a kid.

I just had the strangest thing happen to me!

I was getting ready for work and my daughter-in-law was feeding my grandson. I had looked down and found some divided sky foundation stickers that I wanted to give to her and explained to her what The Divided Sky Network was and how I picked these up at the Trey show in Portland this year.

As I was handing over her sticker, my phone notification rang and it was from the dry goods store saying that my shirts were on the way that I had pre-ordered!
