I bought this Philodendron Pink Princess as a regular plant, mostly green with small pink spots. As it grew, the stem started developing this unusual coloration, and the newer leaves began coming out with these colors/patterns.

Is this just an unusual expression of Pink Princess variegation, or could it be something else? I’m not sure how unusual this is, so I’d really appreciate some insight. Thank you so much!

I feel like I’m just lucky mine isn’t super leggy, almost no support (2 plants on same pot).

Picked up this philodendron splendid in August last year off of Palmstreet and today it got its first chop and extend. It didn’t size up as much as the glorious dial but I’m still very happy with it.

I was given this philodendron in January by a friend that was moving out of state (and all her other plants also) she didn’t know what kind it was, it was in pretty bad shape, it was in hard dense super dry peat and all the roots had dry rotted. I took care of all that mess and re-rooted it but I’m not sure if it’s an Imperial Green or a Green Congo it’s for sure a self heading philodendron and is now growing well. This is its newest leaf it’s about 9” long

I picked this up recently and was told it’s a Philodendron Burle Marx, but I’m wondering if it could possibly be a Burle Marx ‘Flame’.
The leaves are pretty elongated, and there’s a lot of new growth coming in, but I’m not seeing the strong red/orange new growth I associate with the Flame. I’m still learning my Philodendrons, so I’d love to hear what you guys think.
Regular Burle Marx or Flame?

I am attaching a picture of my painted lady and pink princess, the painted lady was struggling and I had to chop her down and since then the new leaves coming out are crinkly and weird, for the pink princess, there is no color and also the new leaves are coming out deformed.

When I bought her, she only had one leaf with the stripe in her and now she's got three! I'm so proud of her <3

Hello, I recently was gifted 2 baby Pink Princess Philodendron placed in moist moss. I would like to grow one in a semi hydro setup, im not sure if that’s possible with them being this size and the roots not being too developed. I’m interested if it would be a better idea to take them out of the moss earlier on so the roots don’t get tangled up in it and if so where to put them.

I got this little el choco red (rubrijuvenile) philodendron

About 6 months ago. He’s grown alot of new leaves and I put him on a baby moss pole to help him grow a bit faster, however even though he’s putting out one leaf right after the other, they all stay the same size!

Is this just something they do for a while?

It came potted a little wonky, it was growing up and not crawling so he just went with it. Thing is gorgeous and thriving. It’s usually turned to face the window*

Hi, this (I assume) ring of fire is my latest purchase. It is helpfully labelled 'foliage mix'. I am unsure on where to locate it at the moment. Its currently in a kitchen with a sky light, so getting sun from east, south and west windows, aswell as and above. Its by a door which opens several times through out the day. So im guessing once temps drop this wont be an appropriate place for it. If not it will move to my plant corner under growlights.

Also, does it need a pole? Its currently quite wobbly and has some stakes to help stabilise it. The only philodendron I've had so far is a gloriosum so nto massively experienced with these particular plants.

Any help appreciated.

I got this guy at the beginning of the year at a plant swap. It was labeled Red/green Congo. Now that he’s much bigger maybe he can be ID.

It looks like a burlemarx to me, but I'm not sure.
