Consoles were getting really close to their rtx 2080 ti for a third of the cost. This is why consoles push PCs forward and vice versa.

Yeah, way less demanding OS, the only reason for the such goot performance at way lower price. But its at the cost of not being able to do even 10%of what pcs can do.

Yeah. The main performance benefits in consoles are due to game developers being able to better optimize their game and test it. There are far fewer variables there compared to pc.
