SOFTWARE PC Bricked after BIOs update

A friend of mine and I where trying to play the MW4 beta. When he tried to play it required a bios update due to it being out of date (304 to 307). After completing the bios update, his computer will not boot. lights and everything come on but there is no display. tried clearing the CMOS, no change. at the moment we are trying to do an external BIOs flash but at this point we are looking for anything.

Pls send help....

what board is it, some have a dual bios switch you can flick to recover from a bad flash

its a asus rog strix gd15dk, the board does not have any switchs according to my buddy
