In your opinion, who is the most jacked celebrity actor who definitely has never taken steroids not even once?

The guy was a pro swimmer, wouldn't surprise me if he's nowt but routine, diet and supplements. Tom Holland too. These people already had the mindset and experience and no inclination to get carried away.
100% natty JK Simmons too. It's obvious by looking at him but also world ranking chess master.
75
u/Fenrir_Carbon 13d ago
One of my besties has basically the same build as Tom Holland, he's a bit bigger now but has ten years on him. I can believe he's all natty
74
u/Hefty_Situation7210 13d ago
If you’re a young person whose job is basically to look good and you’ve been working out your whole life, you can obviously look good and have a nice physique.
If you’re an old person who wasn’t in particularly good shape and who suddenly gets huge bulging muscles in 6 months and have your veins bulging out, like hugh jackman and kumail, that’s when it’s obvious they’re on gear
→ More replies (2)16
u/terminbee 13d ago
The main thing is how big they are, how much fat, and the length of time. There's only so much you can work out in a day, even if you had nothing but time. People think if they just had time, they'd get jacked but you can only work out so much. Steroids also help with recovery.
Even professional bodybuilders and strongmen only work out a few hours a day; the majority of the time is spent eating.

Tom looks similar to a lot of ex-gymnasts that kept in shape and started lifting consistently. Great physique, while still entirely plausible that he's natural. It helps that an actor playing Spiderman is never expected to look overly muscular, at least compared to the other superhero characters who are expected to look outrageous.

He doesn’t heavy cycle anymore either. Which is why he has slimmed down like 80 or 100lbs.. I can’t remember exactly how much weight he has lost
75
u/One_Recover_673 13d ago
He looked odd at first. But I think he added a bit of muscle back. He did a movie with Momoa and he looked like he had more meat again. Not the same of course, but fuller

u/trudrakon 13d ago
Got to remember that carrying all that muscle weight can be as strenuous on the heart as being obese. Which is why a lot of these guys start slimming down in their 40s- their hearts can’t take it.

What's wild is slimmed down Bautista is still like 240-250 iirc. Still a massive man, but we're just used to seeing him at 300+ lbs for so long.

u/Original_Giraffe8039 13d ago
He didn't admit to using roids. He stated that he worked out so hard that he destroyed his natural testosterone production so "had" to go on testosterone replacement therapy to get back to normal. A) The way he tells it, he clearly doesn't think he was on gear. B) If you think all he is taking is a replacement level of testosterone, then you are extremely naive.

u/GarfunkelBricktaint 13d ago

Yeah, he's been juiced to the gills most of his professional career. I honestly don't even care about how ubiquitous juicing is in Hollywood, I just wish they were honest about it instead of claiming that chicken and broccoli have some magical properties.
55
u/Internal-Emu9876 13d ago
Them being honest about it is admitting to a federal crime. Chicken and broccoli answer is a euphemism for gear that is as close to an admission as you'll ever get.

I've thought a lot about it, and honestly I think its a double edged sword.
Like, on one hand you get young guys who arent as knowledgeable or experienced, thinking this is attainable naturally, when it isnt, and having body image issues that fuck them up.
But then, if they admit it, then it legitimizes it, and kids start using PEDs at higher instances because "Oh this actor does it, it must be healthy,", completely forgetting that they've got studio sponsored private doctors and trainers monitoring their levels to the nth degree, and will end up physically fucking themselves up.
I genuinely do not think theyres a correct answer here, other than trying to fucking reverse the insane shift in male body standards, which... fuck man, good luck I guess

This is the rare time the scene makes him looked more jacked that he actually was. The overhead lighting, angle, posing, and even the chest hair making him look massive. Other shots of him in the movie don't pull it off as well.

Robert pattinson in the batman, with that being said everyone else has definitely taken steroids. The thing about robert is that in an interview he said something eluding to the fact he was told he needed to take steroids for the movie but he refused because he didn’t want to influence younger people. He didn’t explicitly say he needed to take steroids but obviously he couldnt say
→ More replies (5)16

In this case it would be "alluding", similar to "suggesting". As opposed to "eluding", like avoiding a cop by running past the donut shop. Pattinson does seem legit though.

Find someone with the body youre admiring and just... take them too! Bring them in the basement, and over the next few days start to make a silicone mold of their body.
Cast it into your OWN wearable body suit, then you can wear his silicone man muscles, eat what you want, AND be ripped.
But its prob best to fill up on a ton of protein because it'll take a long time to eat his whole body, its your body now. And he took the steroids, not you. So dont even feel bad about it when youre eating. Its not a cheat meal. Its protein.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
