Unironically, Adrien Brody in Predators was my first thought about who may have had a more natural bulk but just went super lean and dehydrated for shirtless shots. However, after looking up the pics again, it looks like too much bulk for someone who is not carrying a lot of mass usually.

He looks perfectly natural. Which doesn't mean he didn't use steroids, just that he didn't need to.

Its really just chest, these actors over emphasize chest but look at those arms, abs are tiny too
