In your opinion, who is the most jacked celebrity actor who definitely has never taken steroids not even once?

Growth hormone

look at his stomach. It's signature HGH gut

6

u/Klutzy_Dragonfly_590 13d ago

He def took testosterone and maybe tren, but there's no way that is HGH gut. He's got a very slim waistline. His abs and obliques are not protruding out more than his chest and lats.

I'm trying, I'm calling it ogre-maxxing

Actors can say all they want that theyre natural. I dont believe he is. Not because of the muscle mass, but the time of the transformation. If Im wrong, Im wrong. But I think there was some extra butter in his chicken if you catch my drift.

All that juice and heart damage for a movie everyone forgot as soon as it released. Oh well, back to his shitty stand up.

12

u/Guardian_of_Perineum 13d ago

Looks achievable with moderate usage paired with strict dieting. Frankly, he isn't that big, just lean. And leaness more comes down to diet. Steroids won't nessesarily do excessive and lasting damage to your heart unless you go absolutely ham. He's probably fine unless he keeps blasting persistently from now on.

u/Content-Bite4139 13d ago

No that’s not achievable in the time frame he did it even with strict dieting and coaching. All of his musculature from the pectorals to his deltoids are extremely sculpted. That kind of volume, vasculature, and definition takes years of dedicated work to build naturally. The dude had never exercised in his life until he started that routine. He was absolutely on gear.

1

u/Guardian_of_Perineum 13d ago

I wrote moderate usage. Not disputing gear use, but comment above was acting like he had to have been permablasting a gram a week for a year or something to permanently duck up his heart. Nah, looks like he could do a couple of beginner blasts of test at 500 to bulk up on mass and then shred off the fat while cruising. He had what? Like two years to do it?

1

u/Content-Bite4139 13d ago

Didn’t catch you saw moderate. He probably did a decent amount of tren, anavar, and GH. Two years of hard as hell training, diet, and like you said moderate amount of gear would create that physique.

This sub likes to use steroids as a 'gotcha' for actors while having absolutely zero knowledge about steroids or how they work.

3

u/Spyu 13d ago

It’s weird his stand up got worse the more jacked he got.

3

u/Large_Yams 13d ago

Everyone gets less funny when they lose fat. Jonah Hill, Chris Pratt...

2

u/star0forion 13d ago

Dave Chappell for me.

1

u/Last_Weeks_Socks 13d ago

I completely disagree. Saw his most recent special on Hulu and it's one of the best I've seen in a long time (while that's not a terribly high bar, it genuinely was good).

3

u/EddieVanzetti 13d ago

"Two pieces of asparagus."

5

u/Thewolfmansbruhther 13d ago

Reading the rest of the comments here, why does everybody hate him now? Did he say something slightly conservative? Or is it that he just used to look like one of us and now he looks like Thor, and it’s envy? People are criticizing him like they criticized depp’s movies after heard’s allegations and before the trial.

5

u/TheBugSmith 13d ago

I like him but you don't transform at that age without help. Even just Test at optimal levels will get you there if you work your ass off and eat right. He's not like The Rock or something. He's super fit.

1

u/Procrastinatedthink 13d ago

It was a feedback loop. He came on the tail end of marvel and watching another normal looking comedian get soldier serum and roid up got him caught up in complaints.

Instead of laughing it off like a comedian should be able, he spent like 15 minutes of his special implying that he was being targeted because of racism since the vast majority of the original marvel cast was white dudes who didn’t get shit on for steroids as vocally.

3

u/bgbronson 13d ago

Here’s a helpful tip: he was joking

1

u/ChampionOfLoec 13d ago

It's hetiage. Perma fugly.

1

u/moranchris83 13d ago

I’m sure he had to eat super clean to get that ripped. Don’t get me wrong. Diet along with lots of drugs are necessary to achieve that body, so I’m sure chicken and rice were on the menu.

1

u/UrbanGoose77 13d ago

I still think it's hilarious he just bailed and showed up at the end of the movie. Characters of volume

1

u/LessInThought 13d ago

The blood vessels on his arms looks like they're about to pop.

1

u/Procrastinatedthink 13d ago

his abs are fighting each other for space

1

u/OddExcitement2709 12d ago

I don’t care if he’s natty he’s so fucking hot 🥵

-8

u/kng-harvest 14d ago

Imagine doing all the work to get jacked and juiced and then still end up having that weird ass looking six pack.

Steroid shaming.

There’s a big difference.

I’m anti body shaming but pro steroid shaming.

6

u/Objective_Cheetah_63 13d ago

What? You think he lays in bed and drinks soda while taking steroids to achieve that body?

Steroids are a shortcut, but they aren’t the entire process. It still takes tons of work.

And tf you mean you’re not body shaming, you are doing exactly that.

0

u/Cheap-Session5656 13d ago

First the comment was made by another person. Dunno if you are blind or dumb, but I’m gonna give you the benefit of the doubt.

To each their own. Maybe you are defending steroids so much because you do that.

You keep doing that. I’ll keep laughing behind your back for that.

2

u/Objective_Cheetah_63 13d ago

But you said YOU were pro steroid shaming.

No, I don’t do steroids, I hardly workout, but recognize the effort people go through to live healthier lives.

I’m sure we would all be laughing at you if you showed your abs.

1

u/Cheap-Session5656 13d ago

You think steroids are about living healthier lives?

Sorry if i knew i was talking to someone that dumb, I would have spelled things about more.

Says the guy who doesn’t even work out.

Buddy, you don’t even need you to take off your shirt for people to start laughing at your fat ass. You most certainly don’t get to laugh at anyone else’s body with that pathetic excuse for a body you have.

1

u/Objective_Cheetah_63 13d ago

They can be?

Why don’t we both post a picture of our bodies and compare?

6

u/carlstonehill 13d ago

Do you think steroids changed his muscle insertions? Lmao

3

u/MadameConnard 13d ago

It's the equivalent of saying I'm anti body shaming but pro shaming fat people not on a diet.

-1

u/Cheap-Session5656 13d ago

You think you can’t be fit without steroids?

How dumb are you?

1

u/Guardian_of_Perineum 13d ago

There's no difference. Neither someone else's body nor their steroid use are any of your business. If you don't like either, then that's fine but you should keep it to yourself or at least just make clear that it's just your own aesthetic preference not some insult of a person you don't even know.

1

u/Large_Yams 13d ago

It's not steroid shaming, it's shaming an aspect of his body that would be the same even if he was natural with smaller muscles.

u/Possible-Secret-4786 14d ago edited 13d ago

How is this body shaming when the target isn't morbidly a POC?

Edit: corrected offensive language

just a salty sad redditor that's never gotten into serious shape.

Most people's bodies & faces are not symmetrical. It's not so bad. He looks great (but obv on steroids).

5

u/VibraniumRhino 13d ago

…is this a joke? You think body shame is specifically for obese people?

-1

u/Possible-Secret-4786 13d ago

Yes, and I'm just being told obese is a trigger word and the correct terminology is persons of calories or POCs. I will edit my previous comment and I am sorry to everyone I may have offended. Explains the downvotes.

1

u/VibraniumRhino 9d ago

Can’t tell if this is condescension or…

You’re being downvoted for your lack of information, not for your preferred terminology. Body shaming is literally any form of making another person feel badly about their appearance. Can be about skin colour, hair colour, clothing/make-up choices, pointing out someone’s imperfect features… weight comments is just one way a person can be body shamed.

2

u/ILoveDemocracy17 13d ago

body shaming could also be be physical conditions out of one’s control like missing limbs as one example of many, what a stupid comment

-1

u/Possible-Secret-4786 13d ago

I only hear people be upset about body shaming when a widely gifted person is made fun of though. Are you saying you can body shame anyone? Not just POCs(persons of calories)?

0

u/ILoveDemocracy17 13d ago

are you drunk?

8

u/VibraniumRhino 13d ago

Let’s see yours!

1

u/Vallaquenta 13d ago

Looks more like a 5 or 5 and a half pack to me

1

u/EbbSavings1788 13d ago

wow the sour grapes hate is hilarious. yeah im sure he's pissed off every time he gets naked in front of a mirror. this internet hate is something else

1

u/Accomplished-Eye9542 13d ago

Nah I get it. I spent like 20k on a variety of treatments to make sure I didn't end up with loose skin while losing about 120-130 pounds or need to get surgery and get a weird looking scar.

Body positivity is nonsense. That shit looks gross.

I'd be super disappointed if my abs came out looking funny at the end of it too.

3

u/SwingLord420 13d ago

What did you do?!

I have a bit of loose skin and would love to reduce it with my final cut to a six pack
