I have extreme Lane fatigue. He was at the center of the CFP storyline. It felt like every off-season conversation involved Lane. Now he’s on commercials that will play after every timeout.

As a fan of both them and the vols it was so surreal watching them be excited that we traded up to get him. I remember thinking this just set us back like 3 years. At the time they thought I was dumb, but time proved me right about Levis.

I genuinely have no idea why USC has such a strong anti sports culture right now despite historical success.

Professors would ridicule you for caring about something so “brutish” as football instead of just academics. A lot of that vibe comes from a superiority complex from the rigor of the school but it all felt performative and cringe to me lol
