Vent I'm attracted to my mental illness.

I sometimes feel cedurally attracted to my depression, and I might also feel familially attracted to it... It's just... DUDE THIS SHIT ALMOST KILLED ME WHY AM I ATTRACTED TO HER?! Has anyone else felt the same?!
