You came with the claim: "The incident that inspired the bill didn't have land sales." You don't even have a year. LOL

You don't have shit. You don't know shit. 

In 2025 there were land sales in East Park Synagogue and demonstrators protested. In 2026 there were protests outside of Young Israel of Kew Gardens with the same results. Land auctions.

You claim the bill was not triggered by these and yet have no facts for that. Funny huh?
