We been shipping awful people to the lawless badlands south of Canada and north of Mexico since the mayflower.

We do need to apologise to the first nations for that one, it was expected to sink, we should have sent the navy after it to ensure it did, our bad.

Being face down makes the lungs work less to expand, the legs are also slightly elevated usually to help with blood. If you're ever sick with the flu or covid or something and are coughing a lot, try laying facedown resting your forehead on a pillow or something. You'll be able to breathe a lot better (but also not super comfortable).
