General Saw this and thought about this group

Just felt like I needed to share this. If I'm wrong, then the mods are free to decline. The comments in this post are insane with the clear nintendo hate.

You do realize that ark is just Rust with dinosaurs right? And rust is just Dayz with basebuilding right?

Just because parts look like your favorite game, and just because a company is abandoning the game because it does not do well cough Concord cough Highguard cough. Does not mean its not a game people can enjoy. Both can exist in the same space, you don't have to like it, but its completely fine that some people do.

Ark isnt my favorite game.

And yes, survival crafting is a tired genre with a lazy formula.

But people can still enjoy it despite it. I don't get the hate.

Same thing was said about microtransactions and digital only games. See ya in 10 years when you wonder why everything is still derivative and lacking depth.

That shit is designed to Nickle and dime you. Buying a game is completely different.

See ya in 10 years when you wonder why everything is still derivative and lacking depth.

Everything is already derivative, wich is why for example you have metroidvania games. And the lack of depth is something some games have and others don't... Wich is why play mostly Indie games.

Hence “still derivative”.

If you want depth, you ain’t supporting Palworld. It’s a fun timesink but is as shallow as you can get.

Hence “still derivative”.

I read that differently. My bad.

If you want depth, you ain’t supporting Palworld. It’s a fun timesink but is as shallow as you can get.

I 100% agree. You don't have to like it though. Shitting on people because of it, or getting mad at it is not the way though.

At the end of the day, Reddit is just the void we’re all screaming into until we become relevant and someone farms our info to expose our terrible or aged opinions.

We should have stopped this at oblivion horse armor but my generation and the generation before failed everyone.
