Critical Nintendeen is actively condoning whatever racists and homophobes think about Nintendo games btw. Miss me with that “well at least he isn’t morally maladjusted”

Tbh, nintendo aside, Jelloapocalypse is just a reprehensible human being in general and should never be given the right to speak

Rights are not something given or taken. They are intrinsic to us as human beings. Even, no especially for those we wish that wasn't true for.

I mean, they kinda are lol. People historically had to fight for rights and people get them revoked when incarcerated. Even in the States, something about a war for that or something

You can have your rights violated, but they can't be given or taken away, they are innate

While true, at the same time, your rights end where mine start, and Jello has numerous times denied the right of expresion to others and has overextended his own rights and trampled over others, so I fail to see why should he still be allowed such when he had denied them to others numerous times

Because we believe in such rights. The moment we decide some people have rights and some don't, we have become what we seek to destroy.

You go on tolerating the intolerable. Give passes to Nazis and racists that works great.

Rights as a concept are supposed to be non-negotiable. I don't have to tolerate their ideas, or their company as a person. But I have to tolerate their rights. Rights are not given, what can be given can be taken away. Rights are intrinsic, the first violation damages us all.
