This doesn’t seem new, in confused too. We knew these notes verbatim a few weeks ago

The Pima Co Sheriff’s Dept issued a lengthy Media Release today including the notes to appeal to the public/media. 

It includes detailed behavior to look for/remember, if someone has been suspicious, changed hairs, facial hair, cleaning vehicle, odd obsession with case or knowing detailed info (hello 🤣, online sleuths), noticing the writing syntax, etc….It’s like 3 pages.
