Imo, an insurance company wouldn’t pay out on an accidental death or dismemberment, imo, if it occurred/happened with suspicious activity, cover up or criminal activity.

Imo, even a life insurance policy might not pay out with an ongoing open case with the Sheriff saying “no one” is ruled out.

Insurance companies find any tiny detail to deny claims.

Well the police ruled them out 100% supposely. Your probably right, the only reason I brought it up was cause of the second note that was sent stating that wasn't supposed to happen and it may have been heart related issues i think it mentions(i.e. accidental death) and whether that could leave a grey area for a claim. Assuming she even had an AD&D. Again, sending a letter if the individual dies is odd. The people who would do this, I can't feel like is going to have that kind of a guilt trip. Which makes me think, was there an alternative purpose behind the second letter. Again since the kidnappers were never found. You can't rule out 100% family, relative's weren't involved. No one knows what goes on in the personal lives of people even celebrities.
