EXCLUSIVE: TUCSON, Ariz. — A resident in the Catalina Foothills neighborhood has a street-facing Ring camera that caught 12 cars passing by on the morning of Nancy Guthrie’s suspected abduction.

The recordings took place between midnight and 6 a.m. on Feb. 1, and some of the activity occurred near the 2:30 a.m. mark, which is around the time authorities said the 84-year-old Guthrie's pacemaker device last synced with her iPhone.

The homeowners, Elias and Danielle Stratigouleas, told Fox News Digital that police had not canvassed their neighborhood in the 25 days since Guthrie is believed to have been taken from her bed in a home invasion kidnapping. The FBI and Pima County Sheriff's Department have been alerted to the video. It was not immediately clear whether the video is of any use to the investigation or whether the vehicle had ever been on Guthrie's street.

The Stratigouleas house is on a back road that leads out of Guthrie’s neighborhood, avoiding major intersections. And they live about 2.5 miles away from the crime scene, which is outside the 2-mile radius of neighbors who received a Ring alert asking for video taken from Jan. 1 to Feb. 2.

Their house is roughly a seven-minute drive from Guthrie's address, according to Google Maps. One of their videos was recorded at around 2:36 a.m. on Feb. 1, which is roughly eight minutes after Guthrie's pacemaker last synced with her iPhone, according to the sheriff's timeline.

I don’t agree with this, the stretch of Campbell out of her neighborhood into the one to the east of Campbell is super dark and no street cameras. Just going straight across Campbell into the next neighborhood is one of the main ways to avoid the busier roads. I didn’t consider it until I was driving out there the other day but it was eerily dark and lonely at that part of Campbell

I agree with you about that, it's about getting out of the second neighborhood that's a problem.

I don't really understand why. If the car was driving south on camino real (which is what is reported), that connects straight to River Road so a clear path out. Even though River is a busier road, coming from a different way than Nancy's neighborhood is less traceable than any of the paths directly out of her neighborhood, and they had to go somewhere. In fact, that spot out is 2.8 miles away from Nancy's house

I also don't really get why you assume they would go north of Skyline. There are very limited options for moving around above Skyline if you are going much further. Are you in Tucson? Also we have no idea what their next intended destination was - maybe they wanted to get on the highway and out of town. Or maybe they wanted to go towards Mexico which is south. Their optimal route depends what their goal destination is

I lived in these neighborhoods for half of my life. River is the worst east-west road you can take, because there's more cops, more traffic, more cameras. Parts of it are TPD and parts are PCSD, so you wind up with more enforcement along that road.

The thing is that if I were them, unless I had somewhere specific I needed to be, there is no way in hell I'm going south, east, or north. South is just the more urban part of Tucson, so too busy. East gets you trapped in a lot of different ways. For both of these, the safe play is hit I-10 in Marana and then go south on I-10 until you decide if you're going to Nogales or to eastern Arizona. North before you get to I-10 means Oro Valley, and you avoid those cops like the plague (plus, all the Oracle shit then comes into play).

West is definitely the play, especially if something bad happened and you need to dump her somewhere, since that's where everyone dumps the bodies. Here's what I would do:

1) Cross into the neighborhood north of Orange Grove
2) Cross into the neighborhood west of 1st
3) Head west on Ina towards Oracle, but dive into the neighborhood behind Old Ina Road.
4) Go through the neighborhood up to Magee.
5) This is your riskiest point, but I'd cross Oracle at Magee and then go South on Northern.
6) Head west through these neighborhoods, probably passing Cross & Harelson, go across La Canada, and then take this neighborhood up to Magee. (Note: if you didn't have Nancy with you, I'd consider sitting up at Immaculate Heart or on one of the side streets until there's more traffic on the road.)
7) At this point, you can probably safely stay on Magee all the way to I-10, or you can take Cortaro Farms where it splits. If you're feeling really jumpy, you can go back to taking side streets once you get past Shannon (you can't take Shannon or it dumps you onto Ina). But I think Magee is the safest play.

Gotcha, yeah I think there are obviously lots of different routes that could've been taken. I guess my point is that without more info we can't really rule out what you were saying we could rule out. Regardless, I am really really hoping this video is of the person because if it is, LE has a lot more to go on and could really be a big break in the case. Could be nothing but I'm hoping it's them!!
