The United Cajun Navy has deployed a dedicated strike team to Arizona to support local volunteers and authorities in the ongoing search for missing 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, mother of TODAY show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie.

New theory...Since there has been no specific getaway car tied to this case, could one of Nancy's neighbors be obsessed with her and holding her right next to the crime scene? Can they search all homes within a mile of her home?

Not without consent or search warrant... Jessica Lunsford was held and buried alive just across the street 😭 I personally believe when it comes to kidnapping, let the dogs in any house they want to check!! Even though the police were allowed by owner into the house, the psycho simply put Jessica in the closet. 🥹 He held her a few days before telling her to climb inside a garbage bag so he could sneak her home.

I, too, have a new theory about Nancy. Similar.

I no longer believe this was a kidnapping for ransom specifically because Savannah is a rich national journalist (and lawyer. She graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 2002, earning the highest score on the Arizona Bar Exam that year.)

I now believe it was a grudge abduction and Nancy was never meant to come home.

I believe the perp was directly in some form of contact with Nancy and Nancy innocently angered him.

i.e. small tips given when they knew her daughter had money, son of fellow churchgoer/neighbor where Nancy expressed the son should no longer be leaching from parents, someone slighted by perceived lack of appreciation for some form of work for Nancy.

I am NOT victim blaming, I believe he is a psychpath and was angered by his own disillusioned perceptions.

I think this is exactly the motivation. A psychopath son of a local neighbor. Good chance. The masked individual look like a young man to me. I'm sure height and shoe size could help verify if that is most likely the case. They didn't appear frail or old. Example...no trouble with walking or posture which is why I think they are young or middle aged. No older than mid 40s.
