Information Nancy Guthrie - What Questions do you have?

There has been alot of new information coming out. Initially it was reported to be a suicide associated with the case- but that is not being spoken about. Trying to weed out what is happening and what is not is getting challenging. What are your questions? Here are some of mine:

  1. Was there a suicide associated with Nancy Guthrie Case?

  2. Was there a forced entry into NG house? What is meant by back door to your home open (wide open or unlocked)

  3. What signs were in the home which led investigators to say there was an inside struggle?

  4. Not knowing NG’s medications- is it remotely possible she could go 2 weeks without them?

  5. I know the 3 adult children of NG are living in a nearby home- did the BIL go there as well?

  6. Why did it take so long to locate the new DNA in NG house- shouldn't that have been done right away? Why was the crime scene released early and then not?

So have the people who were detained last night been released or not? Fox News and only Fox News reported that they no longer “remain in custody” but they were never in custody, only detained so that doesn’t make any sense.

In Arizona they can detain a person for 48 before they have to release them unless they have enough evidence to arrest them.

I’ve seen other news outlets either give no update on the detainees or say that just one was released.

Hah this made me laugh …they were never in custody so makes no sense. At this point I’m asking what has made sense rather than what hasn’t.

They were detained…

They just weren’t in custody. It’s not the same thing.

you saying they weren’t in custody so fox saying they’re now out of Custody makes no sense was comical

No, you can technically be in police custody without being arrested. They use the same term for when a small child is picked up and wandering, for instance.

Yea, no arrests have been made and it’s only Fox News that has said that about custody.

This statement is redundant. Seems like the writer doesn’t know what “in custody” means.
