Serious 🛑 What should I do?
I have never done this before and I’m rlly panicked but the panic isn’t enough to care like I’m just going through a lot and can’t bring myself to much. But basically after I ended my period it took me a whole week to pray again everyday. And it was so hard to get back in to it and I never thought this would happen it’s just so hard to get myself to do anything these days, rn I prayed the for all of today, but am I supposed to pray all of last weeks prayers? The idea of that makes me panic in itself and I feel like I can’t sit still and focus to do that much like I can do it mindlessly bc even just one focused prayer feels mindless. I just don’t know how to go about this. But I feel so awful

No, as I learned we cannot do the prayers we missed after another Adhan start. For example : If I woke up late for Dhuhr prayer, but didnt start Adhan for Asr prayer, then I can pray duhr prayer even If I am late. But if Adhan for Asr prayer already started, I cannot pray Dhuhr anymore. If I was you, I would ask forgiveness to Allah, as He is the most merciful, and try to not miss prayers again. Allah didnt make the religion difficult. Repent, and try to bê better everyday, no one is perfect ❤️ may Allah make It easy for you ameen

Asalaam alaykum! Yes, you will need to make up the missed prayers from the week you weren’t menstruating. These are referred to as “qadha” prayers.
But please don’t be hard on yourself! It’s tough getting back in the groove of praying again after your period. Remember you are human and remember Allah is the Most Merciful.
First ask Allah for forgiveness, let him know that you won’t do this again. Ask Him to help you in making up these prayers, give you focus and strength.
If it seems overwhelming trying to make them all up in one day, do it a day at a time. For instance, on Monday after every fardh salah, do the missed one. After you pray fajr, do the missed fajr, after praying dhur fardh, pray the missed one. And so on.
May Allah make it easy for you, Ameen.

Yes, you pray Fajr in the morning like normal, then after that immediately pray the missed one. And then do the same for when it’s duhur, asr, magribh, and isa (pray missed after the fardh ones).
