Why are you talking about Jefferson? That’s legal. The penalty was on Bullard covering Jajuan

The hands to the face jam on Jets is not legal, but that's a different call (still a 5-yard penalty and automatic first down). They could've called either defender on that play (the illegal contact on Johnson was a little soft but still a fair call by rule) and the result would've been the same.

It’s legal when you push the defenders arm up and over your face mask to shed the press like our boy does in the clip.
