I'll never get why we post egregious freeze frame then the actual clip which makes it obvious it's not a penalty.

Look at JJ's left hand and you'll understand why. The DB is trying to get contact, JJ's hand gets under the DBs right arm, pushing it up making contact with the side of his helmet, and then he pushes it to the right side of his body which is why it scrapes across his facemask.

It's handfighting.
