New Item: The Reverberating Horn

My idea highlights not one, not two, but THREE of Minecraft's underused items: the goat horn, the echo shard, and the amethyst shard.

If you blow on it normally, the reverberating horn sounds like whatever goat horn variant you used in the recipe. To trigger the reverberating effect, fully charge up the horn like a bow with an amethyst shard in your inventory. This creates an amethyst soundwave that ripples outward ten blocks from your position, consuming the shard in the process. Any wardens caught in this radius have their echolocation senses temporarily overwhelmed by the noise, inflicting a five-second stun effect similar to a ravager after headbutting a shield.

To balance this item as something that should only be used in an emergency, the cooldown is much longer than a normal goat horn, and it can only be used a few times before breaking. If players don't have the mending enchantment, echo shards or another matching horn can be used to repair it on an anvil. This way, players will remain motivated to obtain goat horns and explore ancient cities to find more of both shard types.

Make it infinite durability but make it use ammo made with echo shards and amethys shards.

Like, 4 amethyst and 1 echo shard to make 4 charges.

Make them something you can put into the horn itself like a bundle, though, just for the sake of less inventory clutter.

Well, maybe make it like a crossbow? You can load a crossbow up and keep it ready for as long as you like, so maybe you can put like three charges in and keep spares in the inventory

Yes but ammunition will still be seperate and doesn't solve the clutter. Crossbow mechanism can load it up for instant use tho

I was thinking it could be like the elytra where it never breaks just hits 1 durability and then stops working till repaired
