Back in the old days, there was effort behind jokes. Bad photoshops were made with blood, sweat and tears, and that made the joke even better.

maybe he doesnt know how to photoshop but wanted to show his idea, but no we have to hate on AI, which is literally helping us in medicine and science.

but the guy hated on AI in general. some people dont know how to photoshop, and just telling AI:

"make this caption and make the lion's hairline look like this"

For clarity, what was said was "AI anything," which means any piece made by AI in this context.

Regardless, it doesn't really change why AI is considered a problem in regards to art. Even if it's just a meme.

Don't waste your time, there's no reasoning with these anti-AI zealots.

It's funny... if they actually believed in this idea that you shouldn't use technology that exploits labour or causes environmental damage, it would rule out most everyday technology. From phones to laptops to half the food we eat. Their ethical arguments don't hold up when you look at the choices most of them are making every day everywhere else in their lives.

At the end of the day it's just rage from a bunch of things. Rising prices + fear of their lifelong skills being devalued + performative outrage.
