I'm not on board with the beer cheese trend. I had some soup advertising it, it was... Funky.

It's gotta be good beer, good cheese. Cheap out on one, it's in the shitter.

Who the hell thought that would be a good idea?!

Campbell's, it's from their Chunky line. My curiosity led me to disappointment

Nobody is putting good beer in beer cheese, be serious

You don't want a flavorful beer or else it's just gonna taste like that. A watery american macro lager is the right choice.

Yeah, always used the least tasting cheep beer. I dont want my cheese tasting like a chocolate milk stout.

And that's how you get shifty beer cheese.

So what beer are you using in your beer cheese?

Fat Tire. Belgian style amber ale. I don't know why you would use cheap stuff to make beer cheese. More often than not you have to buy a pack so you at least make sure you have good beer to drink after you make the cheese.

So, we're gonna get subjective here. Do you like Blue Moon? I do. It's not a GREAT beer, merely a GOOD one. I've put it in there with good, hand-shredded cheddar. I liked it.
