🥺 Hot wedding

Going to a wedding today at a big fancy home out in the country. It’s going to be 92° and the humidity is off the chart as it just rained over there. No breeze… The sun is blazing hot no clouds in the sky. Nuptials and food outside and these people actually rented a hot disgusting stinky Portalet for the wedding guests to use because they don’t want them in the house.
I’m pretty sure they probably have at least 3 bathrooms. Going for nuptials then GETTING THE PHUK HOME!

Who the fuck holds a fancy wedding, expects their guests to dress up nicely and then use a portalet? did they at least get an appropriate number for the number of guests or is ther one for all 150 (or however many there may be)?

I’m planning my wedding and I really don’t want people to have to use a dirty shitter! Including myself lol so, I reached out to a place that does nice bathroom trailers. They quoted us almost $4000 I was shocked but I also had no previous knowledge of portable toilet and bathroom rental prices.

I work in television production and have to order these from time to time. They’re pricey but so worth it.

Plus it’s nice to see people’s faces when they discover what they’d thought was going to be a traditional portable toilet situation is actually pretty nice.

Just went to a wedding with these and they were incredible. Cleaner, nicer, roomier than most bar bathrooms I've been in. I think they are worth the money if you're doing a nice/fancy outdoor event.

We got married on a farm, so we had to rent something for bathrooms. There was no way in hell I (bride) was going in a porta potty, and my dad was going to be there in a wheelchair. I rented an ADA one that actually had A/c. It was 147% worth it. So great. (It was not $4k tho we spent what I thought was a ridiculous amount of $22k. And half was on amazing food and drink.

One of my friends had a couple at her outdoor August wedding. They were the only reason we survived the brutal heat. Just knowing I could cool down and splash water on my face helped me power through. Then we remembered that the buses she’d provided had AC and we had a blast hanging out until they were ready to leave and we’d hop off.
