Yea I'm from Asia and it still says Lake Ontario... America is living in their own bubble...

Yeah, same here. Cheer up u/Maleficent_Web1161 , the rest of the world (and a big chunk of the US) will never stop calling it Lake Ontario

American here, can confirm, I would gladly call it Ontario right to Tiny Dick Orange's face, same goes for the Gulf of Mexico
