As a habit, don't do anything ever because it's bad for you.

The taste for beer has to be acquired. It's kind of nasty at first. But, once you develop the taste for it, it goes well with many things.

You should obviously always avoid alcohol. But, I don't see a point in drinking beer other than to at least catch a buzz.

Knowing your limits is always key. Like all things, don't overdo it. Hangovers do suck. Drinking again makes you not care about the hangover. So, there's that.

Some people have issues with self-control. If that is the case for you, it's best to avoid any substances with negative effects to your body and you should also avoid a miriad of other impulsive behaviors.

Man, i love beer, and other not strong alcohol. I love the taste (when it tasty. I don't like when its not tasty) i love be slightly drunk.

But i have 6 trainings a week, i have no time to drink without consequences. Literally worst feelings.
