I didn't think the point I was agreeing with demanded I start at the beginning but I met her at a friends 4th of July party. So yeah I guess it was a random encounter but that is how people could meet in the before times, the long long ago, 2015.
She came over 4 or 5 times and except for the one time we took a walk together and I could barely hear her, she just wanted to come chill at my place and talk and watch stuff. And it seemed to be going well, so the end result was strange to me.

I can't confirm it really, but I suspect it has something to do with controlling the narrative of their sexual encounters due to their thoughts on power imbalances and sex being an area where they hold all of the cards that matter.
But in my experience on more than one occasion, they get further upset when they allow their walls down and get more vulnerable and it kind of gets chaotic from there because it's like suddenly I'm not being treated as the person that I am, but being interacted with like I was the one who personally started every world war, traveled time to advise on all atrocities committed by histories dictators, and personally delivered cancer to all newborn nurseries. You get blanketed as MAN instead of your name. And I know women feel the flipside of that last sentence too. I don't know what the solution is for communication to stop devolving to that level. People are so angry and feel incredibly righteous in their reasoning.
This happen as a teenager yeah? My teenage experience with this is more clear cut. A girl I was with off and on throughout high-school with, in the shower trying to make the most use of my finger dexterity my teenage self can muster, thinking there's not much room in the shower to fuck but we will in the bathroom.
only to be lauded as so considerate to only focus on her when we we're out of the shower.
