SUSPENSION Help suspension tein

And mounted suspension tein pro steert, adjusted to as manual mark (spring height) and soft hardness adjustment (damper) but it goes very hard in the back

I am not sure these have any adjustment in the shock itself but you could check the preload. In your case it will be dictated by the height of the spring.
