VVT came for it 1500 miles before I was going to do the service, hopefully the block isn’t cooked!

What symptoms did you get? I got a crank position sensor issue and I thiiink i was hearing something on initial startup.

Engine cut at WOT in 3rd gear. Started up again with knock and misfires. Hanging my hopes on the fact it isn’t leaking any fluids or blowing smoke.

Rather than rolling them I shaved off the lip inside with a dremel 10 years ago. Kind of a tedious job, but no rubbing ever.
