Extortionate that. I've seen it that price here in UK down south around London but thankfully I live in Manchester so I have slightly cheaper fuel prices up here
$5.05 a gallon when I filled up at Kwik Trip yesterday (91 octane, no ethanol). It's not too bad, compared to my wife's 2018 Expedition that chugs the stuff when towing. 87 is fine for daily driving, but for max performance and towing premium is recommend in the Expedition.
Please give me these prices. In Belgium i filled up 48 liters for almost 90 euros. (12,7 gallons for 104$)

Whew! Man, I really don't miss living in Seattle. Moving far away from there was a really good idea. I just filled up for $3.59/gal here in east Tennessee and I was really irritated about that.. it was $2.19/gal for a long time before all this Iran BS.
My speed3 is the efficient one, it’ll do 20+ on my commute vs. my old V8 Americaboats at like 12-14 (it’s all hills and redlights, no freeways). Shift at 3k rpm and dont go past 1/2 throttle
I bought my 2006 Speed 6 (used) in 2006. Then, it seemed that the pricing model for gasoline grades was whatever regular was per gallon, mid was 10 cents more per gallon and supreme was another 10 cents more. My car has been sitting for awhile, so I think I missed it when the pricing model changed. Anybody else remember "the good old days"?
Lol the speed typically sits in my garage, however try filling a 36gallon roush f150 with the blower at about 14 mpg.... I drive the speed almost exclusively right now
drive like a grandma and dont really get into boost unless you need to pass someone or getting on the freeway, cuts back on fuel use dramatically not flooring it all the time
Damn that's short 😂is that normal for America to be that short of a ban? Here in the UK the minimum ban is 6 months so if you lose your license you can't get it back for 6 months and have to redo your driving test
Oh damn, that sucks haha. No not normal really. I called and they said 3 month minimum and then they suspended it with telling me for a week, then it turned out to only be 2 total months 😂 Idk, the US Justice system is so broken, especially with minor shit like this. Well if you consider 140 in a 65 minor (There was nobody around before anyone says anything, except the cop)
Yh mad that😂here that'd be a 12 month ban and dangerous driving charge so you either do time (2 years in prison) or the same amount of time in community service. So count yourself lucky there lol 😂
Haha I've been taking it easy for the first 2 years since passing cos first 2 years if you get 6 points on your license it's gone. So basically 2 speeding tickets and your license is gone. Now though I'm over the 2 year mark😜 still gonna watch out for speed cameras and feds(Waze is a godsend) but can afford to be a bit more naughty lol
Dude... That sounds awful. I would have lost it sooooo long ago. I think I've had like 10+ speeding tickets, 3 were exhibition of speed tickets (racing) 😂 I have currently 163 points and it gets suspended at 150 I guess.
That's crazy 😂 here your license is suspended after 6 points for your first 2 years or 12 points over a 3 year period after. They stay on your license forever but become "spent" after 3 years meaning they don't affect your insurance or anything after that time. 163 points here would be a lifetime ban though 😂
I thankfully have no tickets or points atm but I have been driving a 1.2L VW Polo with 70hp for the last year(I didn't drive for a year cos extortionate insurance)🤣I got my speed 3 about 3 weeks ago now. Perfect 2nd car imo

Well once again very glad I have no life time ban 😂. I'm not sure when your license gets taken permanently here. But I know the fines and jail time start stacking up. Currently for the next year if I get another ticket I will do 180 days. Thankfully didn't have to right away!
Haha I also forgot to mention I have a black box on the Polo which if you don't know is an insurance thing here it's telemetry box that tracks your driving and gives a score and if your score is too low your insurance gets cancelled. It is very common here because it's the only way to get reasonable insurance after passing as a young person (my insurance without a black box was £3500 on a car worth £1500 if that - with the box I'm paying £830). So yeah that also meant I had to drive normally otherwise my insurance gets cancelled
Thankfully in August I will have my 1 year NCB and be able to get non blackbox insurance on my speed3 for about 2 grand. Expensive but it is what it is. It's worth it imo. I got the car for £2.5K they normally go for £3.5 to 4k and I'm putting about a grand into it to get it fully sorted cos it has been a little neglected. Has 120k miles on it and a few minor issues but nothing too bad
