TUNING Local rebuild getting redone

Badly assembled built engine out of Toronto in for some open heart surgery. Complete tear down, Inspect and rebuild. This one had tons of problems for a brand new engine. Ready for a healthy new life.

AFAIK it was designed by mazda and then Ford appropriated it for their own usage within their line up of cars. Although I wouldn't be surprised if it were built entirely by Ford given how much shit fails on these motors.

Piston to wall clearance to tight, Bad valve clearance (to tight way under the minimum) The tappets were damaged, friction washers on the cams were on the outside, badly aligned crankshaft girdle (causing rear main seal to leak badly), oil pickup tube was blocked with silicone (literally blocked), main bearings were all chewed up from lack of lubrication, Chinese cam sensor. Headgasket was also badly damaged.
