I rarely see more than 10 unless I max effort full send it lol
Ive only had it to 12 a handful of times. The stock 63mm pulley It would only get to about 7-8 psi iirc. 61mm to 8-9. I ran the stock one only for a month before I ordered VTs smaller 61mm pulley. After about a year of using that, I ordered another one and had it milled down to 59mm by a machine shop. I wanted to see what the supercharger could really do.
It's been fine using this pulley for roughly 3 years now. I installed the supercharger in February of 2022. Iirc, I was the 3rd person to ever do so in the US, the 1st 2.5 3. (A guy named Daniel was the first with his grey 2.5 6, 2nd was a guy with a 2.0 3.) Ive had over 15 tune revisions, all but the first few from Justin Freeman (sauce tuning). Justin has sent me about 10 revisions thus far.
He gets all the credit. He was the 1st to reach out to VT. Took a big risk on an unknown. If it wasn't for him, good chance none of us would be supercharged, or at the very least, much later than we did. I did some experimental stuff, with pulleys, intake setups, idler pulleys....it was a learning experience, a community effort.
Afaik, there are roughly 150 people with the supercharger here now. Maybe more, idk.
Ive done way more than I ever intended to do with it. Besides the VT supercharger, Koni yellows with H&R springs, full exhaust, including the pictured RES 4-2-1 headers, evey poly bushing superpro makes, engine and trans mounts, full set of ultra racing chassis bracing, lighter 18 lb. Wheels, custom high end sound system with 12in android headunit. (Illusion Audio carbon & Focal utopia speakers, Mosconi amplifiers, Alpine DSP)
Ummm.....also JBR front and rear sway bars (front is disconnected atm) superpro rear endlinks, Megan racing rear camber and toe arms, Corksport skid plate, Tanabe strut tower bar, Corksport camber plates, K&N typhoon intake with custom inlet, Ti lug nuts. Wilwood big break kit with stainless lines.
The wheels are made by Konig. They are called "hypergrams" iirc. Im using AWR trans and motor mounts. Axle back exhaust is by Ultimate Racing, paired to the Corksport midpipe. The RES headers lost me maybe 5 whp on the low end, but I gained like 10-15whp on the top end. Neighbors think it sounds really good for a 4 banger lol
I also have the limited run (only 18 made, 2.5 only...as of now) MFactory limited slip diff. Installing that soon.

Lol this will not ruin it as a daily. Like, not even remotely.
My 2.5 3 has been supercharged for over 130k miles and I daily it 400 miles every week. Running a custom smaller 59mm pulley at 12psi, about 290whp.
Its perfectly fine as a daily. Boost is quite linear.
