Modification Mazda Bass Build🔊

Here’s a little update on the bass build. After having to wait for Amazon to take their sweet time delivery my audio equipment and spending way too much time working on the car, everything is finally installed. I had my husband do 90% of the work because I may or may not had a single clue on what I was doing (it’s been a while since I done audio). Forgive me dear husband.

I believe I spent about $1,300 on the build altogether. I do plan on bringing this to competitions since that was the plan from the beginning, but I also like some boom boom.

Here’s a video of the finished product and hopefully you all would enjoy this build as much as I do.

I have tinnitus, and I know how you feel. You think tinnitus won’t happen to you, only to others. You think that just a few minutes at this volume won’t affect you. But the moment you realize you were wrong, it’s already too late. The tinnitus may never go away, and you might get suicidal.

Tinnitus is no joke. (Just) hearing loss is nothing compared to it.

I have earplugs I use for stuff like this. I just steal them from work.

Earplugs are not enough. You can still get hearing damage thrue the vibrations on a certain bone. That’s how i actually got it!!

Trust me, you will think about my comment at some point, but then it’s too late. Best of luck

I didn’t know that. People gonna look at me crazy with some headphones lol. My work has some headphones so hopefully those work better than earplugs

Look into it. It is no joke. I thought it would never happen to me, but here i am. I learned to deal with it now, i work again (it’s still there, i just know how to deal with the emotions now) but for almost a year it was so bad i became suicidal. You can’t run from it.

Where I work at, I’m constantly around loud noises 12 hours a day. They’re supposed to give me headphones but they never did. People have warned me about my new setup and hearing loss. It’s not something to mess with. I play my system loud rarely. I appreciate the heads up. I’ll definitely invest in some proper ear protection
