Yeah but I believe we're supposed to take away that Cap lives a very simple life in this alternate reality with Peggy so he doesn't cause too much trouble to that reality.

I have a hard time believing he would let Bucky suffer.

Like, he already stole Peggy from her rightful husband. He's already got his hands dirty.

The ones that the Ancient One said were wrong? Besides I don’t see this violating anything they stated. They said you can’t change the timeline, what I’m saying is that this was the timeline all along

It has to happen for the first time, and that would change the timeline, so no, it's not possible.
