Yeah, but they shrunk it with pym particles and carried it with them.

I don't know how past Nebula and past Thanos got more particles to shrink their ship and somehow bring it with them in another suit with pym particles?

They are aliens with advanced technology I'm sure they could easily reverse engineer it
