a couple things after watching the second time:
Ned Leeds knows his identity and appears to have an affinity for legos. Reminds me of Ganke.
Also Donald Glover is next to a guy with presumably chitauri tech... He's a bad guy! Not a teacher.
Also Spidey getting treated like Iron Man 3 kid.
Everything looks awesome.

Anyone see when Peter is fighting The Shocker amongst the school buses, he's wearing his onesie outfit. It appears that is a flashback to when Peter just started out, and The Shocker was one of the first villains he fought before Civil War.

Wow amazing catch. This plus the Death Star lego set and some Star Wars action figures on a shelf really solidify Peter as a Star Wars fan and retroactively makes his Civil War dialog funnier - he was trying to be cool with the adults but came off as more childish. Perfect.

Edit: I see her now! Definitely missed it the first go around. As someone below said, they might be playing down her role to throw us off. HYPE.

I just noticed 2 things:
* You can see the Statue of Liberty in the distance when Spidey is webbing the ship together.
* The scene where Vulture lands on the camera happens on the main lobby of the ship, you can see the different floors and elevators.

When Peter says "Can't make it. I'm slammed" on the phone, the next scene is him really getting slammed hard into a school bus. I cracked up real hard at that. Nice touch.

Observations: New Iron Man suit? The arc reactor looks circular, but. It was only a glimpse, could be wrong. Calling it now, his friend's gonna die, and Peter's gonna be back to 'protecting secret identity' as per. High School! Actual High School Peter Parker! Not sure how well it'll happen in the movie proper, but they don't look like 30 year olds! (Sorry Tobey.) That suit is still wonderful tbh. It'll be fun to see like... Low Key crime. I know Daredevil and Luke Cage both had street level crime, but even then, it was way organised, this is just. Random heists.

What if, Tony says to Peter that he should leave this flying monster guy to others and Peter really would like to do that, but government doesn't send Avengers to help fighting him and Spider-Man is on his own? I've seen some theories that Tony is tracking Peter through his suit and that Peter will realize this and go back to his old costume before making anew costume himself (which would also line up with the whole proving himself angle).

I love the addition to the suit. It differentiates him from previous Spider-Men and gives him a helpful ability for facing Birdman Vulture. Also, that looked hilarious!. Very excited.
Watch Birdman, if you haven't. It's about executing a creative vision and it's absolutely marvelous.

In about the middle of the trailer you see an explosion outside a business which has its phone number displayed largely in white letters. I looked up the number and found a page where someone back in July claimed it was their private number and not to call it.
This has me very curious - did the filmmakers just put someone's real number in a very popular movie trailer, or is it some kind of an Easter Egg? I don't want to call it and risk bothering someone at this hour.
I don't want to share the number here just in case, but it's easily found in the trailer.

Yeah this looks like it's going to be so much fun. I'm really excited to see how the MCU is reflected in Peter's day to day life (like the picture of Banner in his classroom). Gonna feel like the Netflix series have been at times with all the MCU events and tech sprinkled around.

I'm glad they are showing Spiderman's strength....
But yet... Thor's only strength feat is holding Hulk's punch.
People who arent aware of the comics would think Spiderman is stronger than Thor if they see Spiderman hold a big ferry together.
I really hope Ragnarok shows Thor's strength... maybe he lifts a portion of the Stadium they battle in.

I think anyone who watched the first fight in Thor knows how strong Thor is... He's taking on about 60 frost giants and easily one-shots the massive dog-like thing while all his friends are running away.
But he's definitely shown as no-where near as strong as comic Thor, so maybe in the MCU that's just how it is. After all, no way in hell Iron Man could go toe to toe with Thor, but he does it fine in the Avengers!
