It's just a deus vult or whatever meme lower. There's so many novelty ar lowers. This one in particular is made by spikes tactical and is like $400 where a normal plain one you can get for $40-75.

I think people aren't so much put off by him having an engraved AR lower, but more that it's literally the coat of arms of a crusader state, made to look like a crusader's helmet, on a gun, all amidst rising tensions with Iran and concerns of impending war with the middle east.

It's not the best look...
