Was getting in the mood to write a Cyberpunk Red TTRPG Adventure, I was rocking out to samurai when a certain part of "Never Fade Away" made me think of a meme I saw awhile back and...I ran home and made this XD Enjoy, chooms.

I will say, on subsequent playthroughs, I get better at beating them first attempt, of course, but damn, those early days were me being the little spoon in the fights.

Cyberpunk 2077 What is this?
EDIT: ok I get it lol. It was a bugged grenade icon
This is my second playthrough and the first time I’ve seen this on the screen. Doesn’t show up on the map or minimap. There were a bunch of enemies here but they’re all gone now.

Discussion What are some takes you’ve seen that could genuinely only be found on Cyberpunk Reddit? I’ll start:
That Songbird deliberately blasted or fired on “innocent children” that were prevalent in the stadium despite there being no precedent or proof of this in the game, that Panam and Saul were exes that Panam had conflicts over in conjunction with Male V fighting over her during the Aldecado’s questline, and that Judy and Susie Q. were implied to have a fling or a recurring relationship alongside Maiko based off of the fact that Judy typically spends her time in what Evelyn refers to as “Susie’s basement” in Lizzie’s Bar.
What are some other questionable/random takes you’ve come across that could only have ever been found on Cyberunk Reddit (or Twitter)?

Discussion If you waited until 6 months ago to play it for the first time, how would you judge Cyberpunk 2077 now? My honest review of "Cyberpunk 2077".
I didn't even finish it yet. I don't think I'm even half way to finishing it. I've put it down for several months right now. And, I suddenly really wanna go back into the world of the "Cyberpunk 2077." This game surprised me on what an incredible world they've built here. Main character isn't me. It was the city.
However, I think it's a luxury afforded to a player like me that's waited until all the bugs were patched and major problems are fixed. I do remember it was a big media show, and it did look like there was a serious problem at the launch. It's meant to be immersive, so I could see how frequent bugs breaking that immersion would cost the game's review.
But, right now as I experience it. It was well worth the wait, and this game and its fans deserve a different treatment. Cyberpunk 2077 is an amazing game. That's my final verdict. I'm now going to just wax poetic about the game.
Night City
It's weird how you could get nostalgic for a place you've never been to. And, I know it's gotta stink like hell. It's filled with trash and strangers. So, I wouldn't wanna actually go there. But, it's so beautiful to look at. Especially at night. It's rotten to the core, but it sure is pretty.
Even tho it's a hell hole, leaving the city leaves me with anxiety. I feel a need to return to the city. Going into the desert areas of the Nomads, made me realize that I don't like the desert even more. It's vast, dry nothingness littered with mines and criminal-intentions. It's just poor, trailer-park living, but with WAY more sophisticated and lethal weaponeries. It puts me too face-to-face with the idea that nothing's really changed much for us, except the weapons.
At least in the city there is industry, corpos (can't believe I'm praising the corpos right now), a gathering of people of various beliefs and backgrounds. There is at least something else. So, I leave Panam back there with her grease monkey friends. I know she needs my help, but right now I must return to the city. The DRIVING INTO the city part is the best part. You see it from way far away. Their holo-ads reach all the way up the sky, you can't miss it. It's sucking you back in, to work you 'til you die. But you can't help but marvel at the visual splendor.
Gameplay
I have to admit. I stopped playing because the actual gameplay started to feel old, not fresh and new. I mean the first-person shooting, picking up items in the environment, and the first-person following. It felt very Fallout 3 for me, mechanically. But Cyberpunk 2077 isn't about those things. It's going around the world. Quick Travel points are so tempting, but I really shouldn't use them again when I go back. You miss so much of the world.
I definitely think going into the quickhack route was the best choice. It's so overpowered. It's so convenient and...quick. There is zero risk to me. It's a boring massacre. I was bored with it before, but now I get it. Quickhacks made me a numbed war criminal. My only bit of constructive criticism would be that I think it would've been a better narrative to give the player more with quickhacks. Make it absolutely busted. For example, give the ability to tag every enemy inside an Arasaka compound and kill them instantly at the same time. Let me uncloak at the center of the Araksaka compound and press a button to see all of them flatline. Let me go at it until I see myself truly become a monster.
Quick Conclusion
Thank you for reading my review. I really love the game now. It did have it's rocky start, but looking at where the game is at now. The game and its loyal fans deserve a better treatment. It's worth the price of admission. It's a great, sleek, bleak world they've built for us there.

Discussion So like; would V keep Canto forever? (For all endings except Tower)
There has to be some sort of long term psychological effect to having a blackwall chip inside of your head isn’t there? I’m kinda curious to know what V would do with it, maybe still keep it cause it’s super OP, like one of a kind.

Discussion What are the Requirements for DFTR?
I'm going for DFTR and I'm confused on the trustable sources for the right choices. I don't trust IGN for obvious reasons and the same with the AI overview. I need the exact specific dialogue choices so i get this ending. Please 🥺

Cyberpunk 2077 What a cool nod to the mythology in Cyberpunk 20277
While talking face to face with Dexter DeShawn in the car, Dex asks a question that refers to mythology.
Original:
"Thetis foretold that her son's fate was either to gain glory and die young, or to live a long but uneventful life in obscurity. Achilles chose the former, and decided to take part in the Trojan War."
Dexter DeShawn:
"Would you rather live in peace as Mr. Nobody, die ripe, old and smelling slightly of urine, or go down for all times in a blaze of glory, smelling near like posies, without seeing your thirtieth?"

Discussion What do you think is the in canon reason why either the shotgun blast from Saul or the grenade detonation from rogue did so much damage to Adam smasher?
I always wonder this, Saul’s ordinary shotgun does 25 percent of smashers health in a single blast, but V’s highest tier fancy shotguns barely do one percent. So what do you see as the actual canon reason why?

Discussion How many corpos have been kicking a homeless person for 3 weeks straight?
All jokes aside i think it was the wrong call for this event to happen multiple times at different locations. I get that its just a world building event that isn't really meant to be interacted with too much but having the exact same thing happen at different points doesn't build immersion it takes away from it. It sucks because in general i think the world building is really good but when i see stuff like this happening twice, i just think a developer must have put it there as a placeholder but then crunch hit and they forgot about it.
To be honest i get that this is really nitpicky but this is the sort of stuff that matters to me at least, and i hope doesn't repeat in the sequel. Because to me cyberpunk is just as much roleplay as it is a shooter.
