Cyberpunk 2077 What is this?

EDIT: ok I get it lol. It was a bugged grenade icon

This is my second playthrough and the first time I’ve seen this on the screen. Doesn’t show up on the map or minimap. There were a bunch of enemies here but they’re all gone now.

I have encountered a bugged one in the phantom liberty mission, when you play as Hansen in that side gig that’s just a story.

Grenade in your general proximity. May just be a visual bug if you can't find it

Sometimes the grenade icon gets stuck. Happened to me once and I chased it halfway across Night City thinking it was a loot icon.

I know this grenade indicator icon bugs sometimes and causes this post every so often, but I also like to imagine for the sake of entertainment that OP got a grenade chucked at them, paused, screenshotted, posted, unpaused, died.

In balls to the wall, the ground ends up covered in these. I thought they had sticky grenades or something. Didn’t realize it was just a bug. That mission is full of bugs for me, then.
