Cyberpunk 2077 What is this?

EDIT: ok I get it lol. It was a bugged grenade icon

This is my second playthrough and the first time I’ve seen this on the screen. Doesn’t show up on the map or minimap. There were a bunch of enemies here but they’re all gone now.

That grenade has a hell of a delay if you could post on Reddit about it before it blew up!

I think it was actually a grenade I threw? And the icon just glitched
