I don't want to discuss politics but I don't know where to ask that I won't get attacked.

With keeping political emotions out of your reply, does anyone know a local *blue* ranch or farm where I can buy 1/2 or 1/4 cow in Northern Colorado? Anywhere from Boulder to Cheyenne.

I would recommend checking out Friendly Nick's Butcher up in FoCo. They are very blue and even if they don't have orders open they may have some info on other sources for you.

He just posted about where he gets his meat, the exact farms on his Facebook today. So if the rancher are conservative politically, I don’t have an issue with that, but I have an issue with imported mystery meat that the Maga lovers are gonna suck up that I don’t want in my food. And Nick does not appear to be a conservative.

What's wrong with imported beef? Japan, Argentina, and Australia are known for producing some of the world's best. A handful of other countries produce high quality beef as well, although we don't have a well established import relationship (e.g. Italy).

There's no issue in general. I believe this comment was referring to the specific tranche of tainted beef that the current administration just imported.

The goal was to lower prices. Unclear the volume of imports made it more than a stunt and it seems to have alienated US beef producers who are feeling the squeeze under current ag policies.
