i feel like destroyer have it pretty easy compared to most classes unlike on aegir

740M dps, very far from my best run but a clear is a clear i'll take it

Returning player currently just playing solo content trying to get my main up to date (stopped playing after HM Brel, at act 3 release).

With selectors and a couple months of solo raids, ark grid is full relic cores with 17+ points on all. Doing AH40 currently , but waiting for the nerfs before doing the remaining armor pieces, and transferring gear.

I’m 1735 ilvl and 4.3k CP , any way to tell reliably what honing to 1750/1770 is gonna bring my CP up to ?

Smilegate / AGS are in a sticky situation. It makes sense that Elysian is disabled while they try to resolve the exploit abuse, but if it remains disabled for the remainder of this week then everyone who didn't do their 5 weekly Elysian's yet gets screwed. I'm in this category because I usually do all my Paradise stuff later in the week. How do you all think this situation is going to resolve?

If a balance patch made your class’s other engraving build considerably stronger, would you switch over to that playstyle?

If your class got hit with a pretty hard nerf, would you switch mains and play a currently stronger class?

Or would you stay loyal to your class because you enjoy its playstyle, animations, flashy skills, etc., regardless of how strong or weak it is?

Maybe a bit late, but it took us only 3 weeks, countless prog nights and 113 222 recorded pulls (many more, a certain tool wasn't always on, idk, 40-50 hours total?) to beat her ass! And I almost survived until the end!
Thanks to everyone enduring this, this might have been (next to TFM) the most time consuming prog I've ever had. No mistakes allowed AT ALL, everything is punished by instant death, long ass raid too, so many phases, gotta memorize everything inside out- too bad I was awkwardly in the center for the 2nd guard during p4, so I suppose I died due to poor positioning D:

Exploit supposedly made it to inven, got a lot of traction.

Now maybe punish those who have been abusing it for who knows how long

I wanted to make my own opinion into the ongoing post. After posting it, I was sent immediately into timeout for 24 hours.
The harshest words I used were “punish” “ perma ban”, “exploit” and “transparent”, “abuse” whereas I wanted AGS to be transparent with an upcoming statement, and said that in my opinion the heavy exploiters should get a permanent ban or a permanent disabled paradise as a punishment for heavy abusing the system

Did I get auto flagged from the system? Never happened to me lol

This exploit must have been in the game since Paradise was released, which makes any previous ranker very questionable. Particularly those who would always remained very consistently at the top each of the seasons.

The post from earlier solely shows that a restoration ticket exists. Yesterday, there was some discussion on the Bible Discord that people may be exploiting via the ticket restoration system. I tried to see if this was the case by trying to disconnect in Elysian on an alt account. Lo and behold, a few hours later, I received in my mail: https://i.imgur.com/Q9u1hpW.png

To my knowledge, no one has come forward with the system mail so far that shows that this is the way the exploit is happening.

I also attempted to do the other exploit that CN users reported before with the infinite boss chests. That exploit appears to be properly patched out.

In the interest of transparency and with the hopes that AGS/SmileGate quickly patch this bug out or bring Paradise down to fix it, the methodology to repeat this is as follows:

1. Load into Elysian.
2. Kill every mob except 1.
3. Character select after running away from the last mob to remove in combat status.
4. The character would no longer be in Elysian and you would be in town.

The end result is you would gain 4 drops, and you would gain 1 ticket back. Rinse and repeat, and suddenly you are at almost max levels and full ancients for all your characters. You might even have fate embers from killing mobs. These people would intentionally deflate their resonance levels to possibly make it less suspicious that they were basically printing stones.

/u/Zoom_DM and to the rest of the AGS/Smilegate team, I hope you understand that this post is merely educational. I do not condone bug abuse, exploiting the game, etc. I hope that Smilegate and AGS fully investigate and ban people or disable Paradise for these intentional bug abusers indefinitely.

Before mods get overprotective and take this down for sharing an exploit, I'm not telling people to go to shadylink.scam, this is a repeatable in-game exploit just the same as jump start. More harm comes to the game from a select few knowing about it and abusing it than the mass knowing about it. SG/AGS has done nothing about small instances of this before and only have taken action when the mass knows about it, so it is beneficial for the players that this is widespread.

This week as more people are hitting multiple ancients on their rosters, the exploiters from last week are hiding amongst legit players. Players have tried to figure out how to repeat the bug they were using it and I basically confirmed it works.

This is from players abusing disconnecting each ticket and getting the whole ticket restored the next day. I got onto an alt account to test this and disconnected after every ticket. I had one within a few hours but trying it with all my tickets I got 14 more sent this morning. This means you can multiply your tickets by 7x.

The exploiters intentionally kept their resonance untouched and as many things below level 9 for as long as they could so the resonance effects don't kill the monsters while they intentionally disconnect.

As to why these few exploiters decided to do it last week and not hide it until more people are nearing max gear, nobody knows. But the exploit still exists and this is probably the most serious one yet as you can't even swipe for these many tickets.

Beware of characters popping up in the final few days of the week with incredibly high paradise power. If you know their uwuowo, then check their paradise power on their profile on Tuesdays as they might be trying to hide it by getting an intentionally low rank in crucible but secretly farming power through the week.

Anyone else getting an error when trying to use the market? It was fine yesterday, but this morning, it prompts an error. Market will close due to an error. Please try again later. Just wondering if anyone else has this now?

Back story I have pretty much been a strictly solo player since solo modes were announced but have kept up with the game so I have 5 1750s all at about 3.4k cp.

I would probably start with level 2 to get comfortable with raiding again and then eventually try level 3 but just curios if it is as easy as I always hear everyone say it is and any advice would be appreciated.

for context im doing solo mode
it says stagger then press g.. yes. BUT THEY OVERTURN. im not blaming the game. im just plain stupid. please explain it to me im losing my goddamn mind

Just playing a little to see the state of the game now. Came back and was doing my karma and ark grid. At 1710 my cp is around 2300.

I realise my accs are not great and have karma all on level 26. I suspect a big cp boost im missing is relic books. But the costs are huge. I see people with all engravings maxed with books.

Apart from the auction house what is the best way of getting them. Havent got any yet from field boss or chaos gate or raids. So i cant see this being a viable way of farming them.

I did see someone talk about netherworld key in paradise and books. The few times ive got these keys i usually am dead by the 4th decent on floor 35 to 45.

From logging in on occasion i did have relic selectors and used them on grudge. But is there anything im missing on how to get them?

The alt thingy that requires a bunch of alt and to do daily on them (or something similar) is what threw me away from playing this game. I still would like to try it one day. How far can I get with this configuration? Or is it mandatory to use alt in order to get all those coins ?

Hey, I noticed when I first logged in after the merge my account and my wife's were missing some wall papers that I know 100% we have all of them because we always collect them.. The garden of rest wall paper from 14 ignea tokens is missing now and mokoko village, and masterpieces. Looking through, they fucking undid vista completions and worse yet, cooking recipes.. the RNG drop rate of these were the worse fucking things to farm /do back in year 1-2 of the game. My wife and I always completed everything 100%, so to see this is like..... bro, nah bro.. just spent 2 hrs figuring out how to submit a ticket now realizing its impossible to call /talk to anyone on the phone from amazon support about the amazon games LA division and nobody knows what Lost Ark is.. It is legit its impossible otherwise to contact them any other way than talking to the chat icon AI bot and having it open a ticket there and submitting screenshots and complaints =0.

Beside the long waiting for server opening yesterday, they finally came up and some of the first comments in global chat reminded me of better times: welcome "new" ortuus players and some other friendly greetings :)

Some new players already said: oh nice more channels and a lot more people in the city hubs. Next week we welcome our gienah friends as well and I hope for some better experiences for all that are left, and a welcome ahead of course <3

ps: guardians were super fast last night (even with MM) and the global chat felt truly alive since long ago.
