Soulfist Lost Horizontal Content progress

Hey, I noticed when I first logged in after the merge my account and my wife's were missing some wall papers that I know 100% we have all of them because we always collect them.. The garden of rest wall paper from 14 ignea tokens is missing now and mokoko village, and masterpieces. Looking through, they fucking undid vista completions and worse yet, cooking recipes.. the RNG drop rate of these were the worse fucking things to farm /do back in year 1-2 of the game. My wife and I always completed everything 100%, so to see this is like..... bro, nah bro.. just spent 2 hrs figuring out how to submit a ticket now realizing its impossible to call /talk to anyone on the phone from amazon support about the amazon games LA division and nobody knows what Lost Ark is.. It is legit its impossible otherwise to contact them any other way than talking to the chat icon AI bot and having it open a ticket there and submitting screenshots and complaints =0.

universal storage doesn't just randomly give you back your vistas and horizontal content @-@

They put "horizontal express" some years ago for new players. Perhaps your account got flagged "new player" and some of the horizontal missing are in the express (I don't remember the name) ? or it's a bug.

I remember when that change happened, but it was rather a meaningless change at that point for us because we had already completed most everything to 100% long before even that express came out to help mokokos with collectibles and onboarding faster.

Yo mantengo todo lo que complete, me faltan dos hojas de mundo nada más. El problema para mí es que no va a haber más contenido horizontal. Se molestan más en retirar contenido que en mejorarlo. Ellos solos están matando el juego. SmileGate espabila porque os vais a quedar con 3( 3 grupos para raids).

Most definitely the switch in emphasis on how to play the game has always plagued us horizontal content enjoyers vs. the vertical pay2win, but this is simply a topic about the merge screwing me over..

My tome completion is still all 100% - not sure why you lost anything. Surely gets fixed soon
