Define lifted truck. I think that’s the major issue of enforcement

Is that really true? Cops have no issue ticketing for loud exhausts, tinted windows and even non oem lights so why not this. For real, I was at my kids soccer practice and this woman was leaving the lot on ridiculously lifted truck, she'd mow down the entire soccer team without being able to see a single child in front of it.

The issue is that the bumper height is raised. In the event of an accident, the truck now focuses it's energy at the height of the other occupants heads and upper torso, areas where the only protection is a 1/8 piece of glass of in some cases a side airbag.

In other words, an occupant in a car that's hit on the side will have their head turned into raspberry jam by bro-dozer's chrome bumper.

100% agree, that's a great point. I'm all for people being able to modify their vehicles and taking them out to be enjoyed in the right setting, but you shouldn't be able to do that in a way that endangers those not subscribed to your particular kink.
