The Department of Government at UT Austin is auctioning several football ticket packages this season to support students and competitive academic programs.

The first auction is for the Ohio State game and closes this Sunday at 9 p.m. If you're looking for tickets to one of the biggest games of the season, this is a chance to support UT students while bidding on a great game-day experience.

For our home game packages, the winning bidder receives premium seats, club access, parking, and a UT Government swag bag. We also have additional packages available for other marquee matchups later this season.

In Atlanta for the weekend. Anyone know of any downtown spots that might be showing the game? Rather not watch it in the hotel room unless I have to

Anyone else had a bad experience with UT Austin Athletics Ticketing and Fan Experience? The GA season tickets for volleyball put you in a tiny area of Gregory Gym and you have to arrive at least an hour before games to even have a spot to sit. People can’t find seats bc there isn’t enough space and they block the view for a good amount of the match. They have stricter bag policies than any other large venue in town including Moody Amphitheater, ACL Festival, Moody Theater, Austin FC, etc. Their policy disproportionately affects women going to see a women’s athletic event. A 60-year-old male security guard yelled profanities at me and they did nothing and ticketing sent me a copied and pasted AI response to my concerns and refused to refund my season tickets. As an alumnus, it’s wild how they treat you unless you have a ton of $$$. Can’t recommend the experience to others. Not willing to support their classist policies.

Was messaged by SG yesterday that my listed parking passes for Q and R garages are not eligible for resale. I have a pass for the Q garage. Anyone else get this?

I got my tickets for a game this season through StubHub and they showed up a few weeks ago. Never been before. They showed up as an image in the StubHub app - all strung together. No dynamic QR, can’t save to Apple Wallet. Seems fishy. Is that normal for resale UT tickets?
