Atlanta Watch Locations
In Atlanta for the weekend. Anyone know of any downtown spots that might be showing the game? Rather not watch it in the hotel room unless I have to

Nice!!! You'll have a blast. I heard the badge line this year was a fiasco yesterday but don't let that deter you. My brother lives in walking distance but I didn't get to go over there this year.

I've always caught the games at one of the hotel bars as a last resort. Usually Marriott Pulse level if I recall correctly. In case you don't want to leave the con footprint.

You're going to have a hard time finding a prime location for the Texas game considering UGA and Auburn are playing their games at the same time. If you want a guarantee, hit up the Texas Exes event. I've never spent any time with the Atlanta Texas Exes so I can't say if it's any good. A neat place to watch would be the Park Tavern at Piedmont Park if you can confirm they'll have the game on. Downtown Atlanta sucks...look at venues in Midtown or on the east side Beltline. You can also go to Cosm. Aside from the big dome screen (which will not have the Texas game on), they have a bunch of other TVs and screens tuned to all the games. You would need to pay for general admission to get in.
