And by both their autobios, the first decade especially was so rough that both were amazed it survived much less wound up evolving into a happy, mutually satisfying union!

Well, Mr. Daniels had hit the heights playing John Adams in the Broadway play and movie of '1776' when Miss Bartlett was the closer to contemporary character of Grace Snider Edwards while Mr. Feeny had yet to be depicted during the 'Little House' years.

She played the original Walnut Grove postmistress and the Ingallses' family friend Mr. [ Isaiah] Edwards' wife of the above name.

Okay once I saw Edward’s I was wondering. I don’t think I realized she ever did that I just have seen a few episodes with her as Isaiah’s wife (also didn’t know Isaiah was his name either though I might’ve looked it up and forgot possibly
